In this video, I introduce you to Sync-Lock tracks and the Label Track. We want the fake conversation between the 3 people in this fake podcast to stay synchronized so we don't lose the continuity of the conversation by getting them out of sync with one another. We can use a Label Track to separate groups of Sync-Locked tracks. In this video, we don't want the music track synchronized with the speaking tracks so we separate it out using a Label Track.
